Awakening and Classification

Martial Souls are awakened through an awakening array powered by Soul Power. The process reveals an individual’s innate Martial Soul and is followed by an Innate Soul Power test using a crystal ball 2.

Most people possess weak Martial Souls and cannot become Soul Masters. A person with zero Innate Soul Power cannot cultivate, while Innate Full Soul Power at level ten allows immediate acquisition of a first Spirit Ring 2.

Inheritance and Mutation

A child may inherit either parent’s Martial Soul, with the stronger bloodline generally having a greater chance of being passed down. Mutations can alter a Martial Soul’s form, attributes, or potential beyond normal inheritance 2.

Twin Martial Souls are understood as the inheritance of both parents’ Martial Souls. Lin Yan’s Black Demon Mace came from his mother, while his Great Buddha Martial Soul originated from his father’s bloodline and underwent an unusual sacred mutation 28 112 248.
