Background / History

Leticia was born as the only daughter of the prestigious Blanchard Family. At St. Galedova Academy, she served as vice president and held the second seat of the Twelve Pages under the title “Winged Witch.” 196

She knew Claudia Enfield from childhood. The two repeatedly competed in the Wheel Martial Assembly, where Leticia never defeated Claudia; this developed into open hostility, although Leticia still regarded Claudia as a friend and cared for her. 212 She was also acquainted with Yurith and was concerned for Ernest during his reliance on the White Filter Magic Sword. 212 213 214

In Hakoniwa, Leticia became known as Dracula, the Impaler Demon Lord: a pureblood vampire, Vampire King, and First Generation Full Authority Floor Master. She had ties to Arcadia and its cadres before the Community’s destruction. 613 638 657 At some point, she gave up her Divine Spark to reunite with No Name’s former companions, leaving her with less than one-tenth of her previous strength. 622

After Perseus petrified and claimed her as an item, its members planned to sell her outside Hakoniwa, where sunlight would kill her. Luo Mio forced Perseus into a Gift Game, defeated its side alongside No Name, and secured Leticia’s return, flag, and name. 614 621 At White Night Dragon’s suggestion, Leticia became Luo Mio’s exclusive maid in repayment. 621

Luo Mio subsequently gave her a golden rhombus core crystal. The crystal merged with her soul, restored the portion she had sacrificed, and remade her as a Servant of Finality. 622 Her restored power later coincided with her return as Dracula and the emergence of her true Pureblood Dragon form. 646 650

Leticia later discovered that her sister, Lamia Decrea, had become a cursed monster in Infinite Hell. Luo Mio extracted Lamia’s consciousness and soul, allowing them to awaken separately from her sealed body. 661 When Ouroboros later used Lamia’s body as a weapon, Leticia confronted it directly. 698 704

Leticia’s appearance changes with her state as a vampire, Demon Lord, and Servant of Finality. Her initial maid form is that of a small golden-haired girl, while Finality’s restoration gives her the appearance and aura of a mature woman. 621 622

Leticia is described as mature and steady, having cared for No Name’s members, including Black Rabbit. 613 Her normally cool and expressionless demeanor does not prevent her from showing warmth, pride in her cooking, or teasing Luo Mio after growing close to him. 621 625 626

She is intensely protective of her allies and family. She worries about Luo Mio exposing himself to Hakoniwa’s upper echelons, intervenes to prevent him from revealing too much power, and is enraged when Ouroboros exploits Lamia’s body. 653 698 Even when warned that upper-level Communities may target her as Luo Mio’s Servant, she responds without fear and is prepared to protect No Name from the consequences. 676
