Claudia is the daughter of a high-ranking executive within Galaxy, one of the Integrated Enterprise Consortium’s six major conglomerates. Although she is effectively Galaxy’s heiress, the corporation’s executive mental-adjustment procedures left her without meaningful parental affection while growing up. Her status also made sincere friendships rare; Sylvia Lunahaim was described as her only true friend. 125

By the time she meets Luo Mio, Claudia is Star Palladium Academy’s student council president and the second-ranked member of its Twelve Pages.
