(Second update)
Anyone who had never witnessed Meteor Descent could never truly experience that overwhelming awe.
The enormous meteor tore through the air with a turbulent roar. Rippling waves spread through the clouds, and a vast shadow covering nearly half of Gengxin City loomed over the people below.
Those who had been working, buying groceries, doing business, or strolling through the city looked up to see a colossal object plummeting from the sky at tremendous speed.
For a moment, screams, cries of panic, and furious curses rang out without end.
Everyone reacted with remarkable unanimity, running toward the city gates in the hope of escaping the meteor.
Every one of the Seven Pillar Guardians of Sea God Island was dumbstruck.
Sea Dragon Douluo tried to ease everyone's tension, speaking in a joking tone:
"Th-this Gengxin City has the worst luck. How did it end up facing a natural disaster like this?"
"No! This isn't a natural disaster!"
