Kiana's mother died fighting the Honkai shortly after Kiana's birth. She later spent time homeless, working while traveling until she reached Changkong City. 7

Her father disappeared, and Kiana followed his last known lead to Changkong City to search for him. The journey left her isolated despite her naturally outgoing personality. 12
