Ian's ice wings shattered. He released his Bankai, returned to his original appearance, and landed on the ground. Looking at the devastation around him, Ian could not help shrugging.

Earlier, he had seen Onigumo chasing Fire Fist Ace, but he had not paid any attention to it.

Sengoku swept his gaze over everyone present.

The meeting room was nearly full, packed with Navy higher-ups.

The three admirals, Garp, Vice Admiral Tsuru, and the other elite vice admirals were all present.

One of the admirals, Borsalino, also known as Yellow Monkey, looked at Ian's photograph. In it, Ian was in his Bankai form, with short silver-white hair and tear tracks at the corners of his eyes. No one knew when it had been taken. Yellow Monkey pursed his lips and wore a lecherous expression. "Oooh, rookies these days are really terrifying! He killed one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea as soon as he appeared? And it was Heavenly Yaksha, too..."

Another admiral, Aokiji, also spoke. He pushed aside the eye mask covering his eyes, yawned, and said, "That state... is he an ability user? Ice..."

Sengoku nodded and explained at length, "According to the intelligence transmitted by Vice Admiral Onigumo, this person possesses two elemental abilities, ice and lightning. He also has a transformation ability, suspected to be a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit power! There is no need to mention his strength. Defeating Donquixote Doflamingo is the best proof!"

Sengoku shook his head. "We do not know yet. This person appeared out of nowhere. The earliest record we have is of him killing Lao G, an officer of the Donquixote Family. That was why Donquixote Doflamingo pursued him, leading to the events that followed!"

Naturally, the Navy's investigation had uncovered the cause of the incident. They also possessed intelligence on Donquixote Doflamingo's pursuit of Ian.
