Background / History

Tang San was born to Tang Hao and A Yin in a secluded valley. Immediately after his birth, Qian Xunji and several Title Douluo surrounded the family to seize A Yin, a hundred-thousand-year soul beast. A Yin sacrificed herself to protect Tang Hao, Tang San, and Cinderella; Tang Hao escaped into the mountains carrying both children. 19 20

Following A Yin's death, Tang Hao eventually settled in Holy Soul Village but surrendered to grief and alcoholism. Once Tang San and Cinderella could care for themselves, Tang San took on household work and helped support both Cinderella and their father. 40

Cinderella became Tang San's adoptive older sister after Tang Hao and A Yin found her abandoned as an infant. She gained his trust by accepting his claimed discovery of the Tang Sect manuals without probing his lie, prompting Tang San to teach her the Mysterious Heaven Skill and Purple Demon Eyes.
