- Pokémon wearers — Su Yu's Snorlax demonstrates that Pokémon Soul Spirits can use Battle Armor, overturning the assumption that it belongs only to Soul Masters 25 26.
- Special Thousand Refinement — Riolu forges Sinking Silver with Steel-type energy. Early armor made from it can be worn by Su Yu, Riolu, and other compatible Steel-type Pokémon, but not by Snorlax 33 40.
