Background

Little Fairy was a physician living in the back courtyard of Qingshan Town’s Ten Thousand Medicine Hall. Because she was a weak young woman in a dangerous mercenary town, she kept poison defenses around her residence and carried antidotes for visitors. 26 27

About six months before her formal introduction, she entered the Magic Beast Mountain Range with a mercenary party to gather herbs. After becoming separated during a magical-beast attack, she was pursued by a Poison Horn Snake until An Yi killed it and escorted her to safety. She later recognizes him by his white hair, sky-blue eyes, and familiar presence. 26 27

After following An Yi through Qingshan Town, Little Fairy invites him to stay at her residence rather than an inn. He gives her the ancient Seven-Colored Poison Scripture, which she immediately recognizes as an invaluable poison-cultivation inheritance. 27 28

She later reveals that she possesses the Disaster Poison Body, a constitution that grows stronger by consuming toxins but will eventually destroy its host through accumulated poison. An Yi accepts her without fear and begins seeking a way to save her. 29
