After all, they had grown up battered and bruised, licking their wounds... and back then, it had all been for a mouthful of food.

White Dragons seemed timid, often fleeing at the first sign of danger. But who could blame them? They had not been given strength to match their name. If they wanted to survive, they had to be cautious.

If they knew their odds of dying were only one in ten thousand, of course they could be fearless.
