How did you make Divine-Quality equipment?
Step one: find a broken Divine Artifact that still contained Divine Nature.
Step two: extract the Divine Nature from it.
Step three: gather the materials and make the equipment.
In short, making Divine Equipment was as simple as putting an elephant in a refrigerator.
As for where to find broken Divine Artifacts?
That brought them to the Divine Battlefield directly beneath Dawn City. Ever since William had acquired the Odin Avatar, he had been excavating those ancient ruins. By now, he had found six deities' remains and three broken Divine Artifacts that still held Divine Nature.
Even so, making the equipment was no easy task.
Most people couldn't extract Divine Nature from a damaged artifact. Even those who could would lose much of it in the process. Grand Archmages capable of making Divine Equipment were therefore exceedingly rare. Professionals outside Top Factions and Empires had virtually no chance of getting any made.
