The idea of using one's own spear against one's own shield left Xia Chen conflicted.

In theory, the Ultimate Weapon was merely an artificial weapon invented by AZ three thousand years ago. It should not have been that durable.

Yet AZ's brother had clearly had a chance to destroy this Pandora's box directly, but had chosen to bury it instead...

Was it impossible to destroy, or had he simply been unwilling to?

Xia Chen leaned toward the former, because there was another detail in the game's plot—

After Team Flare's downfall, Devon Corp. acquired most of the Ultimate Weapon's technology and converted it into Infinity Energy.

That meant the Ultimate Weapon had most likely not been completely destroyed. Its core components might even have remained intact; otherwise, where would Devon Corp.'s technology have come from?

"Don't overthink it. It's just one punch from me."
