He is a perceptive and demanding combat instructor. During the trial, he immediately identifies Ning Rongrong as the team’s support core and An Chen as the battlefield controller; when Dai Mubai objects to the escalating danger, Zhao Wuji replies that the examination ground contains “only examinees.” 25 26

He initially overwhelms the applicants, defeating or injuring most of them after activating his Martial Soul avatar. Tang San and An Chen then continue the test together, using An Chen’s analysis of Zhao Wuji’s soul-power circulation to guide Tang San’s attacks. 26 27

Their combined assault damages and poisons Zhao Wuji, while An Chen uses Shadow Mark and his Iron Pot to open flaws in the Immovable Wisdom King Body. Once the incense burns out, Zhao Wuji passes them and orders them to report to the academy playground. 28

Shrek Instructor

After the examination, Zhao Wuji confirms the five applicants’ admission and directs Dai Mubai to settle them into their dormitories. 29

He later ends the Shrek students’ fight with Ye Zhiqiu, dismisses Canghui Academy as “trash,” and defeats Ye with a single palm strike without releasing his Martial Soul. He then criticizes the Shrek group for failing to coordinate fully, particularly Ning Rongrong’s decision not to provide support. 38

Star Dou Great Forest Expedition Leader
