He accidentally injures Du during their chaotic reunion before the three regroup and inspect their mission information together. 53

The team discovers that the mission world fuses A Chinese Ghost Story with the wider mythology of Xuan-Yuan Sword: Scar of the Sky, including the Heavenly Dao Scar, the Earth Sovereign prophecy, and the search for the Xuan-Yuan Sword. 53 55

Snowstorm Manor

Rather than wait for the murderer’s schemes to unfold, He Qiu disrupts the scenario by secretly consuming and controlling the manor’s food reserves. After the manor dissolves into ruins, Horton’s residual spirit reveals that the villa owner had used the Secret Scripture of the Seven Chapters of the Mysterious Lord (Copy · Fragment) to steal lives. Blood-Red Hounds Incident

He Qiu joins Du Qifeng and Lu Yansheng in investigating strange activity in a town during a True Body Mission. They are ambushed by Blood-Red Hounds, grotesque canine monsters with human faces, poisonous blood, regenerative vitality, and apparent intelligence. 336

He acts as the group’s defensive support, helps contain the hounds’ attack, discourages a reckless pursuit after their retreat, and joins his companions in following the creatures’ blood trail to find their origin. 336
