• Li Qinwu ate a Holy Biscuit to gain Divine protection, then waited nearby for a chance to enter the station.
• Li Qinwu noticed the cold, silent night and realized the Psyker had discovered him and pinned him down with Psychic Power.
• The Psyker revealed his grotesque self-mutilation and explained that voices in his head urged him to kill Li Qinwu.
• The Psyker seized Li Qinwu by the throat, but the Daemonic Whispers in his mind suddenly stopped.

Li Qinwu’s presence silenced the Psyker’s tormenting voices, and the Psyker clung to him until rebel attackers ambushed them. After the Psyker killed the attackers with their own bullets, he asked Li Qinwu about his clean power, and Li Qinwu offered him a Holy Biscuit.

• The Psyker’s voices vanished when he touched Li Qinwu, and he hugged Li Qinwu while sobbing.
• More than a hundred rebels ambushed Li Qinwu and the Psyker with a barrage of gunfire.
• The Psyker stopped the bullets in midair and sent them back, killing the rebel attackers.
• Li Qinwu regained the ability to move and cursed at the Psyker for continuing to hug him.
• The Psyker asked Li Qinwu who he was and why Daemons stayed away from him, and Li Qinwu offered him a Holy Biscuit.

Li Qinwu negotiated with a tormented Psyker by offering Holy Oil in exchange for instruction in Psychic Power. The Psyker agreed and followed Li Qinwu downstairs to retrieve the oil.

• Li Qinwu gave the Psyker a Holy Biscuit, which reduced his Chaos Corruption to zero and silenced the Daemonic Whispers.

• Li Qinwu told Lieutenant Rudosen that a Psyker opposed to the rebels was at the Water Pattern Monitoring Station and proposed that Rudosen claim the station and the credit for capturing it.
• Rudosen agreed to the plan after Li Qinwu urged him to seize the opportunity to advance his career.
• Rudosen led about 120 infantrymen, a Chimera Transport, and five military trucks toward the Water Pattern Monitoring Station, while Li Qinwu discussed business prospects with him and learned that Little Joel had been discharged after a rebel weapon shattered his spine.

• A Wild Daemon tried to pull Li Qinwu's soul from his body, so he kicked the Silent One away and stopped the exposure; his Warp Resistance, Psychic Resistance, and Psychic Proficiency increased.
• The Silent One explained that a Daemon forced him to kill people and agreed to move to an underground maintenance room near Li Qinwu.

With the elevator gone and the Lower Hive rats closing in, Li Qinwu opened fire and charged ahead to force them back.

• Li Qinwu spotted Little Joel among the exiles and tried to approach the Arbites to have his family released alongside the workers, but an Arbites threatened him with a Shock Gun.
• The Great Elevator reached ground level, and the workers safely left before the Arbites unlocked and shocked the prisoners, including Little Joel's family.
• Li Qinwu revived Little Joel's parents, put Little Joel's younger brother in his mother's arms, and ordered them to follow him.
• Li Qinwu fired two magazines from his PDF Automatic Gun into the Lower Hive rats, killing dozens and scattering the crowd.

Li Qinwu fought through the Lower Hive rats to get Little Joel's family to the Clean Water Guild, sacrificing his Autogun to distract their pursuers. After a gunshot knocked him down and separated him from the family, he charged the crowd alone and was beaten to death.

• Li Qinwu led Little Joel's family through the rats, shooting those who blocked their escape and killing a bald man who attacked him.
