Li Qinwu scavenged the Northern Theater, strengthened his Hideout, and became entangled in the conflict between the Fertilizer Gang and Chemical Gang. After surviving a bombing and collecting his payment, he prepared to take on Reno’s mission in the Safe Zone.

• Li Qinwu escaped a battlefield between rebels and PDF soldiers, rescued Sergeant Rudosen, and earned a PDF contact and a large supply of Fertilizer Coupons.
• Li Qinwu upgraded his Hideout, fulfilled Black Merchant Nipall’s gun-delivery mission, and began collecting PDF dog tags for Lieutenant Rudosen.
• Li Qinwu killed Chemical Dogs and Chemical Pigs in the Reactor, gathered proof and valuable materials, and agreed to fight in the coming gang war.
• Li Qinwu returned thirty-eight dog tags to Rudosen, learned of the danger at Water Supply Lake, and entered the Lower Hive after traveling through the Middle Hive.
• Li Qinwu fought for the Fertilizer Gang from the battlefield’s edge, killing Chemical Gang members and luring Chemical Pigs into his line of fire with Little Knife.
• Li Qinwu harvested Rage Spines and searched the battlefield before both gang bosses withdrew, then left Little Knife to report his kills.
• Li Qinwu made Holy Biscuits, collected payment and a refrigerator from Nipall, and accepted a job to bomb Chemical Gang territory.
• Li Qinwu detonated a bomb in the Chemical Gang’s crowded territory, revived in his Hideout, and persuaded Nipall to pay him before preparing for Reno’s Clean Water Guild mission.

Li Qinwu retrieved the Memory Panel, rescued Little Joel’s family, and arranged trade and brewing plans with the military and rebels. After building a fortified hideout and distillery, he led a group through the Lower Hive by train and encountered the Blackwater Tribe’s Mutants.

• Li Qinwu attacked the madam’s operation on Red-Light Street, killed her allies, and warned the Lower Hive crowd to conduct business with integrity.
• Li Qinwu accepted Reno’s offer to retrieve the Memory Panel and met the Silent One, whose Daemonic Whispers stopped when he touched Li Qinwu.
• Li Qinwu gave the Silent One Holy Biscuits and Holy Oil, learned Psychic Power from him, and retrieved the Memory Panel with supplies from the Water Pattern Monitoring Station.
• Li Qinwu helped Lieutenant Rudosen claim the station, then tried to rescue Little Joel’s family from exile and died fighting through the Lower Hive rats so they could escape.
• Li Qinwu revived in the Hideout, collected Reno’s reward, delivered Little Joel’s sister’s letter, and proposed a brewery employing wounded soldiers and their families.
• Li Qinwu negotiated with the rebels to trade a PDF Automatic Gun for grain and discussed the Imperium’s rule, while promising to seek medicine for their wounded.
• Li Qinwu strengthened his Warp Resistance with the Silent One, assembled a Medical Station, and had Little Knife’s workers fortify the Hideout and build a distillery.
• Li Qinwu and Little Knife took a repaired train through the Lower Hive, encountered the Blackwater Tribe’s Mutants, and decided they needed trusted fighters to escort the train.

Li Qinwu built his Brewery into a trading business, trained in Psychic Power, and used his connections to prepare against Lieutenant Winchester. After expanding his trade and meeting Reno’s demands, he led his crew to attack the Mutants threatening the route, leaving them pursuing the fleeing survivors.

• Li Qinwu opened a surface trade route, recruited the Silent One, and established ties with Second Lieutenant Rudosen before trading medicine and weapons with Old Man Sen’s rebels.
• Li Qinwu expanded the Brewery, found Count White Tree’s remains and Black Card in the abandoned residences, then sniped through a battle between Chemical Gang members and Rats before defeating the rats who ambushed him.
• The Silent One taught Li Qinwu to enter the Warp and manipulate gravity, while Li Qinwu trained, completed his first batch of liquor, and brought Little Knife’s wedding celebration to the Hideout.
• Li Qinwu took liquor to the surface, sold it through Rudosen’s military market for 112,000 credits, and began planning to disrupt Lieutenant Winchester’s attack on the rebels.
• Li Qinwu negotiated with the Two-Snake Doctor to sell distilled medical alcohol, delivered a letter and supplies to Sister Teresa, and unknowingly left a Holy Biscuit that drew the chief priest’s attention.
• Reno offered Li Qinwu water and a repair vehicle in exchange for dealing with Mutants near a sewage outlet, so Li Qinwu armed his crew and headed toward their camp.
• The Silent One lifted the Little Train over excavated rails, and Li Qinwu’s group shot down Mutants before pursuing the survivors toward their tribe.

Li Qinwu secured supplies and allies, helped Old Man Sen’s rebels defeat Lieutenant Winchester, and then negotiated to protect his Brewery and restore its power. He left the arc with the rebel groups uniting, Winchester’s Lasguns still locked, and Father Anthony considering a test of Li Qinwu’s cooking oil.

• Li Qinwu cleared the Mutant camp, found a warehouse full of Guga meat cans, and moved the valuable stock to the Hideout.
• Li Qinwu upgraded his Workbench, equipped Little Knife with weapons, brought Kate’s family to the Hideout, and organized the family’s work under Little Joel and Little Knife.
• Li Qinwu arranged for Lieutenant Winchester’s soldiers to drink Heads-and-Tails Liquor, sabotaged the Chimera Transport, and warned Old Man Sen that the PDF would attack.
• Li Qinwu helped Old Man Sen’s rebel leaders prepare for the attack, then used his sniper positions to kill PDF soldiers as Winchester’s force advanced.
• The rebels disabled the Chimera Transport and defeated the PDF, but Old Man Sen died after giving Li Qinwu’s healing injection to a wounded child.
• Li Qinwu helped smoke the Chimera’s surviving occupants out, recovered weapons and ammunition, and took Lieutenant Winchester’s head to Lieutenant Rudosen.
• Li Qinwu treated the wounded rebels, learned that their groups would unite, and negotiated with Rudosen about protecting his Brewery, though the seized Lasguns remained locked.
• After the Brewery’s batteries ran dry, Li Qinwu sought a power line from Nipall and Reno, then offered cooking oil to Father Anthony in exchange for practical testing.
