BOOM! A deafening blast rang out as savage winds erupted and chunks of stone flew everywhere! An entire section of the Tower of Paradise's summit was sheared clean off!!!
"Ha! Let me teach you how to play with toys!!" Staring up at Gerard, who had leaped high into the air, he grinned wickedly. Light flashed in his hand, and a massive, cleaver-shaped Zanpakutō appeared in his right palm! Tightening his grip, he swung with all his strength, unleashing a huge black-and-red crescent of blade light!!

"Dark Paradise—Aruearisu!!!!" But Gerard was no pushover! He had begun preparing a devastating spell the moment he leaped into the air. Seeing the enormous black-and-Red Moon crescent hurtling toward him from below, Gerard roared and hurled the massive black pulse he had just formed in his hands straight down!!
With a thunderous blast, the black pulse and the black-and-red crescent crashed together, grinding against one another! A tremendous shock wave surged skyward, knocking Gerard even farther up! Just as he tried to halt his backward flight, "Achill" suddenly appeared behind him!
