CP0 and the Four Army Admirals

The former G1 Branch in the New World had once occupied a medium-sized island. After two years of expansion by the Marines, it had almost become a large one.

Over those two years, the Marines had recovered some of their strength. Although their new headquarters was in the New World, their focus remained on the Grand Line and the Four Seas. From G1 Branch, they were also extending their reach across the New World.

For now, they had left the territories of the Four Emperors and other powerful pirates alone. The time to act had not yet come.

The Marines had only secured a foothold in the New World. Expanding beyond it would take a major decision. The Four Emperors had not stopped them from moving there, perhaps because they considered the Marines beneath their notice. But that was only because the Marines had not gone too far.

If the Marines began openly seizing territory, the Four Emperors would act.

So the Marines kept a low profile as they developed their position, while concentrating on the Grand Line and the Four Seas.

The new Marine Headquarters was imposing, even more solemn and commanding than before.

After Sengoku's bold reforms, a few people in the Marines might still draw salaries without doing their jobs, but they were exceptions, mostly in remote branches. At the new headquarters, no one dared engage in corruption openly.

The Marines had been reborn. From the Fleet Admiral down to the lowest sailor, all would uphold Absolute Justice!

In the Fleet Admiral's Office, Sengoku sat at the head of the room, frowning in thought. He crushed the note in his hand and tossed it to the goat beside him.
