Rogge set the Jade City Treasure aside. Even if the Big Mom Pirates had their sights on him, he wasn't afraid. If anything, he was excited. He had already crossed paths with one of the Four Emperors before even entering the New World. There were bound to be more interesting things ahead.

He looked forward to the voyage more than ever and couldn't wait to reach the New World. For now, though, they were headed to Sabaody.

Once their log pose had stored the island's magnetic field, the Ark rose into the air and left St. Poplar Island. They had gained quite a bit there, including a Poneglyph. It wasn't particularly valuable in itself, but Rogge could use it in a trade. They had already recorded its contents, and plenty of people would be interested in the stone.

Then there was the Jade City Treasure. It was immensely valuable, and Rogge certainly wanted it, but getting it would be difficult. Charlotte Linlin wouldn't simply hand it over, and neither side would back down. There was no telling what might happen.

Marine Headquarters was nearby, along with several islands where the Marines stationed troops. Surely no one thought Marineford was all there was to Marine Headquarters. Numerous Marine fortresses surrounded it, ready to dispatch forces at a moment's notice. The fortress at Marineford alone could never have housed so many Marines and their families.
