Sengoku glanced at Doflamingo. He was right. If Blackbeard became a Shichibukai, the Whitebeard Pirates would undoubtedly target the Shichibukai. Doflamingo and Rogge were the only two with forces in the New World, so they would be the ones to suffer.

But Sengoku would welcome that. After Doflamingo took Dressrosa, the Marines had sent plenty of people to investigate, only to turn up nothing. They had even forgotten they had sent anyone at all.
