Thunder Dragon lunged at him, but unfortunately, against Rogge, it was still useless.

With a single punch, Rogge shattered any attack that came his way.

Enel frowned. At this rate, his attacks would have no effect on Rogge at all. He had never expected a Paramecia Devil Fruit ability to put him in such a troublesome situation.

It was not as though he had never killed Paramecia Devil Fruit users before. Over the past four years, quite a few pirates had come here in search of gold, and Sky Island was not entirely devoid of Devil Fruits either—only relatively scarce.

But Rogge's Chop-Chop Fruit was the most troublesome Devil Fruit ability he had encountered so far.

"Divine Punishment."

He raised a finger and aimed it at Rogge, firing a pillar of lightning toward him.

"Shattering Fist!"

Divine Punishment met the Shattering Fist, and neither yielded. The two exerted their strength against each other, but Divine Punishment still could not break through the shattered space created by Rogge's ability.

The entire area seemed to have been cut off. Even though lightning could travel through the air, it could not pass through the space to attack Rogge.

"Looks like I need a wide-area attack. I can't clash with him head-on." After probing him, Enel felt that he had found Rogge's weakness, and he smiled.

"One Hundred Million Volts, Discharge!"

Lightning raged endlessly over Enel's body. Vast quantities of electricity burst from within him and rapidly struck the Four-Sided Drums.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Thunder roared from the Four-Sided Drums. Thunder Bird, Thunder Wolf, Thunder Tiger, and Thunder Dragon leaped out from them, attacking from all directions.

"You only have two fists. Let's see how you dodge this time." Enel sneered.

"Kill!"

With Enel's shout, the four animals formed from lightning pounced.
