"Tap, tap, tap, tap..."

Ron walked over to Garp and looked down at the figure lying on the ground. In an even voice, he said, "Hey, Garp, isn't it stupid to throw away a living person's life for someone who's already dead?"

Garp did not answer immediately. He slowly raised an arm to cover his eyes. A moment later, his voice emerged from beneath it. "People live in different ways. You became a pirate, and I became a Marine. Whatever path you take, all that matters is that you find meaning in it."

Garp's meaning was clear: if he thought something was meaningful, he would do it, regardless of whether others thought it was foolish.

"Want to become a pirate, Garp?" Ron asked casually. He meant nothing else by it; he simply wanted to ask.

"Hey, Ron."

Just then, Rocks's voice came from the other side.

Garp lowered the arm covering his eyes and turned his head slightly toward the voice.

Ron turned his head, then spoke. "Rocks? What are you doing here?"

"Never mind what I'm doing here. You'd better think about how you're going to explain yourself to Shakky. You've made a complete mess of Amazon Lily," Rocks said as he walked over.

"What does that matter? We can just leave, can't we?" Kaido followed beside him, sounding thoroughly justified.

"Shut up, Kaido," Rocks said, glancing at him.

"Oh." Kaido answered and fell silent.

"Don't worry, Rocks. I promised to give them a town," Ron explained with a chuckle.

"Suit yourself." Rocks waved a hand. Since Ron had a way to resolve it, he did not care. As long as they did not end up putting it on Rocks's tab.

When he reached Ron, Rocks stopped and glanced down at Garp, who was still lying on the ground.
