Kaido looked at the "masterpiece" he had created with his own hands and nodded in satisfaction. His pent-up frustration finally cleared away at that moment, and even his breathing grew easier.
"That idiot," Linlin said, covering her face, her voice filled with disgust that said she couldn't bear to look. "Does he even know what he's done?"
"Now this is entertainment," Gloriosa murmured, her eyes lighting up slightly, but a second later, she covered her mouth.
Something was wrong.
Her thoughts had never been this wicked before.
In a situation like this, her first reaction should have been to worry about whether her companion was all right, yet now she actually wished something had happened to him.
Was this what they called doing as the locals did? The influence of the Rocks Pirates' culture was simply too strong.
"Jihahahaha!" Golden Lion, who had been fuming just moments before, immediately cheered up when he saw his sworn enemy get smacked away and shouted to Kaido, "Kaido, well done!"
No sooner had he spoken than an angry roar came from the hole. "Kaido, you bastard!"
Silver Axe emerged at the edge of the hole, veins bulging on his forehead.
Kaido sounded utterly casual. "Yeah, so what? Want to beat me up next round? Sorry about that, but I forfeit."
"Whoosh!"
Suddenly, a dark figure flashed in from the side as Rocks kicked at him.
But Kaido abruptly dodged, and Rocks's kick hit nothing.
"Oh?" Rocks raised his eyebrows in considerable surprise. "You bastard, you actually dared to dodge?"
Kaido stared at Rocks in astonishment. *Aren't you the goddamn referee? A referee ambushing a player? Are
