This pirate town in the first half of the Grand Line looked much the same as Lin Nuo remembered.

Shreds of torn bounty posters littered the streets.

On the eastern side of town stood an inconspicuous three-story inn.

When Lin Nuo pushed open the door, he found only one person inside, standing by the window and looking out at the street.

Hearing the door open, the man did not turn around. He merely spoke calmly.

"You arrived several days ahead of schedule. You really are punctual."

Lin Nuo closed the door behind him and walked over to sit in a chair at the center of the room.

"You don't seem surprised that I found this place," Lin Nuo said.

According to the coded message Morgans had left behind, the meeting place should have been a tavern on the western side of town.

But after arriving in Mock Town, Lin Nuo had immediately located this man's trail through Mantra and Listening to All Things.

Following the information trail, he had quickly found this inn.

Only then did the man by the window turn around.

"People like us..."

He smiled. "It's normal for us to possess senses beyond those of ordinary people."

"After all, you're not the only one who can fly through the sky."

As he spoke, he began taking off his coat.

Once the coat came off, the features of his body immediately caught Lin Nuo's attention.

Feather-like patterns emerged across his skin from his wrists onward, while his fingertips were hooked like talons.

Distinct red feathers also lined both sides of his neck, trembling slightly.

"My codename is Swift Wind."

The unusual reporter gave a slight bow.
