Dressrosa, docks.
The air was thick with an utterly oppressive smell of gunpowder.
Doflamingo, accompanied by his family officers and underworld bigwigs such as Gild Tesoro, finally arrived at the docks.
Before them stood Jack the Drought's mountain-like, imposing body, along with the vicious mammoth pirate ship behind him.
And... at Jack's feet stood a tiny child in crotchless pants, delicate as a doll.
Demon Child Lynn!
Behind his sunglasses, Doflamingo's eyes locked tightly onto the baby.
The smile remained on his face, but much of his sinister, unruly air had faded.
"Fufufufu... Jack, you idiot, you really dared bring people to my Dressrosa and make trouble?"
Doflamingo's voice carried his distinctive drawl as he tried to seize the initiative.
"Make trouble?!"
Jack's bell-like eyes instantly turned bloodshot. Like an enraged beast, he let out an earth-shaking roar!
"Doflamingo! You pink-feathered flamingo!"
"SMILE prices are going up twenty percent?! How many guts did you eat?!"
"If you don't give me an explanation today, I'll tear this damn island apart!"
With every word Jack spoke, the ground beneath his feet cracked a little more. His terrifying presence pressed down on Doflamingo's group like something tangible.
The Beasts Pirates behind him also wore savage expressions, drawing their weapons as though they would start fighting at the slightest disagreement.
Tesoro frowned slightly and discreetly stepped half a pace back. The underworld bigwigs looked even more grim.
Doflamingo's smile remained unchanged, but his gaze grew colder.
He raised a slender finger and lightly adjusted his sunglasses.
"Fufufufu... Jack, being loud won't scare me."
"As for the price increase..." He dragged out the words, his gaze passing over Jack before finally falling on Lynn, who had remained silent and was merely curiously looking around.
"For Kaido's sake, and... for this little Young Master's sake."
Doflamingo deliberately emphasized the words "little Young Master."
"The price need not go up."
At those words, the anger on Jack's face eased somewhat.
"At least you know what's good for you!"
But Doflamingo's next words sent the fury Jack had just suppressed surging straight back to his head!
"However... fufufufu... there have been too many orders lately, and the factories can't keep up with production."
"The next batch of SMILE will probably be delayed."
"As for how long the delay will be... that's hard to say. Maybe three months, maybe half a year, perhaps even a year? Fufufufu..."
Doflamingo spread his hands with an expression of helplessness, but his smile was openly provocative.
"What did you say?!"
Jack's eyes widened, veins bulging across his forehead like twisted earthworms!
"Bastard! You dare toy with me?!"
"You won't raise the price, but you won't deliver on time? How the hell is that any different from raising the price?!"
"I'll kill you right now!"
Jack roared, his enormous ivory scimitar already in hand as terrifying killing intent surged forth like a tide!
The Beasts Pirates behind him roared as well. A full-scale battle seemed about to erupt!
Doflamingo's family officers immediately took fighting stances too. Pica's massive stone body blocked Doflamingo from the front, while Diamante and the others glared menacingly.
The atmosphere was taut as a drawn bowstring!
Just then.
"Yah."
A childish yet crystal-clear voice suddenly rang out.
It was not loud, yet it was like a basin of icy water, instantly extinguishing Jack's towering rage.
Lynn's tiny figure swayed as he flew up from behind Jack, hovering in the air at eye level with Doflamingo.
Jack's raised ivory scimitar stopped abruptly in midair.
The fury and killing intent on his face receded like the tide, replaced by an expression that was... almost docile.
"Young Master Lynn..."
Jack spoke in a muffled voice. His obedient appearance was utterly different from his earlier ferocity!
The sight nearly made the eyes of everyone on Doflamingo's side pop out of their heads!
What was going on?!
Jack the Drought!
That lawless mammoth who destroyed entire countries at the slightest provocation and even dared confront Marine Admirals head-on!
He had actually been stopped by a single word from a nursing baby?!
And judging from the look of it, he was fucking willing to obey?!
For the first time, Doflamingo's smile stiffened slightly.
His pupils contracted sharply behind his sunglasses.
This little brat... was indeed no simple child!
Tesoro also looked deeply uncertain. He carefully examined Lynn, trying to discern something from that tiny body.
The underworld bigwigs barely dared breathe. One by one, they craned their necks to watch the bizarre scene.
Lynn's large black eyes calmly watched Doflamingo, his little lips slightly pursed.
"Fighting... is bad."
He spoke in a childish voice, soft and sweet, yet carrying an authority that could not be questioned.
"We... are civilized people."
"We shouldn't... casually... start throwing punches."
"Pfft!"
One of the officers behind Doflamingo could not help laughing.
But in the next instant, Pica shot him a fierce glare. He immediately covered his mouth, his face turning pale.
Doflamingo's smile became playful again.
"Fufufufu... Well said! Very well said!"
He clapped exaggeratedly.
"As expected of Kaido's son! At such a young age, you already have such insight!"
"We truly are civilized people. All that fighting and killing hurts harmony."
He looked at Lynn, amusement flickering in his eyes.
"Then, little Young Master, how do you think this matter should be resolved?"
He wanted to see what this little brat could possibly say.
Jack looked at Lynn anxiously, afraid that Young Master Lynn would be taken advantage of.
Lynn's tiny brows furrowed slightly, as if he were thinking.
After a moment, he stretched out a chubby little finger and pointed at Doflamingo.
"Lower the price."
His childish voice rang out again.
Doflamingo's smile froze.
"Lower the price? Fufufufu... little Young Master, surely you're joking?"
The officers behind him also wore absurd expressions.
It was already good enough that the price would not rise, and this kid wanted a discount? Was something wrong with his head?
Lynn shook his head, his expression serious.
He held up two plump little fingers.
"Twenty percent."
"What?!"
This time, even Doflamingo could not help raising his voice!
A twenty-percent price cut?!
Were they here to negotiate or to rob him?!
"Brat! Don't push it too far!"
Diamante could not help shouting angrily.
"Shut up!"
Jack suddenly roared, his vicious gaze sweeping over Diamante and making him shrink his neck.
Lynn ignored the surrounding commotion.
His black eyes remained calmly fixed on Doflamingo.
"And..."
"Deliver early."
"Not... one item... less."
He spoke each word slowly. His voice remained childish, but the unquestionable tone made everyone present feel a chill in their hearts.
The smile on Doflamingo's face vanished completely.
It was replaced by gloom.
He stared fixedly at Lynn, his eyes flickering.
This little brat was serious!
He actually dared make such demands!
A twenty-percent price cut!
And he still wanted full delivery on schedule!
This was practically carving flesh off Doflamingo's body!
"Little Young Master, isn't that request... a bit too unreasonable?"
Doflamingo's voice had become somewhat hoarse.
There was no expression on Lynn's little face.
He simply watched Doflamingo quietly, those black eyes as deep as a bottomless, icy pool.
The air seemed to freeze at that moment.
Everyone's eyes focused on the two figures, one large and one small.
The oppressive atmosphere was suffocating.
Just when Doflamingo thought this was already the little brat's final condition.
Lynn spoke again.
This time, his voice carried a bone-chilling coldness.
"Otherwise..."
He tilted his little head slightly. On his doll-like face appeared a sinister smile utterly unsuited to his age.
"Dressrosa..."
"Will have no reason to exist."
Boom—!!!!
The moment his words fell.
An overwhelmingly powerful burst of Conqueror's Haki erupted from Lynn!
