Priests and Druids were fundamentally quite alike.

A priest began as an apprentice, praying again and again until they received faint responses of Holy Power. The more focused and devout they were, the greater the response they received.

Once their faith reached a certain degree, their accumulated Holy Power reached a certain threshold, and they themselves desired it, the god would bestow fully formed divine spells upon them.

Priests did not need to combine spells themselves as mages did, because the gods directly delivered ready-made products to them.
