In a flash of inspiration, Li Yuan came up with the name.

"Limitless Pirates? Only Senior Brother deserves a name like that."

Lazuli spoke with admiration. The Limitless Sword God, the god among swords, the divine master of the blade—wasn't that Li Yuan?

In Lazuli's eyes, Li Yuan was the Sword God descended to earth, the number one swordsman in the world.

Just as Li Yuan was about to continue looking through the bounty posters, the previously cloudless sky suddenly filled with dark clouds. Torrential rain poured down, accompanied by fist-sized hailstones that fell without end.

"Senior Brother, we've encountered the legendary terrible weather of the New World."

It was also Lazuli's first time encountering weather that changed as suddenly as a woman's mood.

"Full speed ahead! Get out of this stretch of sea as fast as possible!"

Li Yuan knew nothing about navigation, and the navigator aboard was only a half-baked sailor from the island.

He knew how to steer a ship and follow a pointer, but he was utterly incapable of dealing with such extreme weather.

This warship did not rely solely on wind power. It also had a human-powered propulsion system, meaning they could row it by hand.

At Li Yuan's command, nearly everyone began rowing, increasing the ship's speed.

Kano's scalp suddenly tingled.

When he looked up, he saw an ice block three times larger than their ship falling from the sky, plummeting toward them at terrifying speed.

The crushing pressure of Mount Tai bearing down on him was even more horrifying than the Conqueror's Haki he had once experienced. That direct, visceral terror was utterly shocking.

The instant Kano looked up, Li Yuan had already kicked off the air with Geppo and shot into the sky. Even the enormous iceberg falling like Mount Tai could not make his eyelids twitch.

As Li Yuan rose into the air, he summoned Sea Rhythm, gathering the invisible aura of the sea within his scabbard.

Even the surrounding waves, roaring beneath the fierce winds, seemed to be celebrating for him, celebrating his becoming the sovereign of the sea's billows.

The instant Li Yuan's sword left its sheath, a terrifying expanse of surging sea appeared behind him. Towering waves hundreds of meters high crashed down from the heavens.

It was as though a bottomless abyss of the sea had formed behind Li Yuan. Countless waters plunged into it without raising the slightest spray, as if the entire sea were being devoured by that invincible abyss.

With a single draw and slash, a pale-blue, hundred-meter-long strike surged forth like a raging wave and mercilessly smashed into the falling ice block.

The enormous ice block was split in two from the middle by the sea-wave slash. Powerful Sword Qi burst outward to both sides, shoving the massive ice block that had been about to strike directly above the ship away from it.

The split iceberg crashed down, while the ship happened to be between the two falling halves. Massive waves rolled up on either side, and torrents of seawater flooded over the deck, washing everyone aboard from head to toe.

Yet no one complained about being drenched. They were far more stunned and exhilarated.

Faced with such a colossal, natural-disaster-like iceberg, they had thought that, having only just set sail, they would die beneath it.

They never expected Li Yuan in the sky to be so powerful that he could split the gigantic ice block apart with his sword!

"Full speed ahead! Get out of this chaotic sea region as soon as possible!!!"

Li Yuan returned to the ship and shouted.

"Yes!!!"

Hearing this, and remembering Li Yuan's mighty figure as though the Sword God himself had descended, everyone on the ship shouted in excitement.

With Li Yuan's immense strength guarding them, none of this sea region's terrible weather could stop the ship from sailing.

Falling icebergs would be cleaved apart, and surging waves would likewise be cut through. Wherever the ship went was where Li Yuan's blade pointed—nothing could withstand his slash!

Li Yuan's sword techniques were now mainly divided into two forms: the Limitless Sword and the Sea Abyss.

The Limitless Sword was a sword style he had created based on the Limitless Sword Technique, combining fragments of memories from his previous life with the swordsmanship of this world. It was a part of his own path of the sword.
