Terapagos and the Paradise Guardian Dragons

Glimmora kept appearing until they surrounded the entire Observation Station 1. Perhaps affected by the Polluted Tera Energy, their petals and gems had taken on a dark red tint.

"There are so many... Should we fight?"

Lillie asked. She did not know why the Glimmora had targeted this place, but they only needed to buy Penny some time.

Nemona was already ready for battle, but Xingye merely stroked his chin, unconcerned. The next instant, Miraidon flashed past, and a powerful burst of lightning took out every Glimmora.

"..."

The tension vanished. They had almost forgotten that with Miraidon here, they had no reason to worry unless the Winged King and Iron Serpent appeared. This was the third Paradise Guardian Dragon, and Area Zero was its home turf!

Lillie breathed a sigh of relief and reached out to pet Miraidon when it returned. Then she turned to Xingye. "We don't need to worry about these Pokémon, but why did they come here all of a sudden?"

"Probably because of this pendant. It's been glowing ever since we entered Area Zero. It's connected to The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero, after all. Maybe it attracted these polluted Pokémon."

Xingye took out the Tera Pendant and shared his guess. The thought had occurred to him when he saw what happened. He deliberately brought the pendant close to one of the Glimmora and watched its reaction.

It happened exactly as he expected. The moment the pendant drew near, the Glimmora, despite being unable to battle, grew agitated again.

"So that's it. And this is only the beginning... Let's stay alert. The deeper we go, the more enemies the pendant might draw in, especially those two Paradise Guardian Dragons."

"Ugh... I knew it wouldn't be that simple."
