Hydra Infiltration and Item 084

Yu Xian approaches Hill for access to Item 084, which he believes can uncover Skye’s origins. Hill refuses to violate Cube facility security without Fury’s authorization, even after Yu Xian warns her about Skrull infiltration and Hydra’s survival. 66 67

Yu Xian forces Hill to witness a Hydra mole expose himself under threat. The operative commits suicide before interrogation, but his death proves that Hydra has infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. and destroys Hill’s confidence in the institution’s security. 68

Hill eventually agrees to deliver the Obelisk. Hydra operative Carl Creel ambushes her to steal it, but Hill resists despite serious injuries until Yu Xian arrives, heals her, and kills Carl. 70 71
