Nosepass, the Compass Pokémon, got its name because the magnet on its nose always pointed north. It was a fine companion for Trainers on their travels, and travelers would check Nosepass to confirm their direction.

"It stood perfectly still and hunted by using the powerful magnetic force emitted from its body to draw prey close. The colder the season, the stronger its magnetism became, though sometimes it attracted natural enemies as well. Metagross loved minerals that gave off magnetism, so it would chase Nosepass at speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour."

The Rotom Pokédex floated nearby and took the initiative to explain.

Just as Pidgeotto and Caterpie shared a predator-prey relationship, so too did Metagross and Nosepass.

Hearing those descriptions, Hu Yang pictured Metagross grabbing Nosepass with its four metal arms and eating the minerals on its body. The image was difficult to put into words.

He shook his head, tossing the image from his mind, then focused on Piplup's battle training.

"Piplup, use Growl!" Hu Yang ordered.

"Piplup, Piplup~"

The moment the command was given, Piplup let out an adorable cry.

When the sound reached Nosepass's ears, it immediately caught its attention.

Nosepass turned around and looked at the tiny, cute Piplup. Its expression became dazed, and its fighting spirit dropped sharply.

"Bubble."

Seizing the opportunity, Hu Yang swiftly pressed the attack.

Piplup blew countless transparent bubbles toward Nosepass's face with all its strength.

The bubbles burst against Nosepass's face. Nosepass immediately snapped out of its daze, electricity flickering over its body as it retaliated with Thunder Wave.

Unfortunately, the bubbles filling the air blocked Nosepass's vision, and Piplup easily dodged the Thunder Wave.

At the same time, Hu Yang gave a new command.

"Water Gun!"

The instant it landed, Piplup opened its beak. Water-type energy rapidly
