Dragonspiral Tower stood in a secluded valley.
Lush, towering vegetation grew all around it. Green vines and moss wound their way up the tower's body, draping the entire Dragonspiral Tower in a coat of green.
Outside the tower lay ruins strewn with fallen stone pillars, likewise covered in moss. It seemed that no one had visited this place for a very long time.
"Reshiram, are you here?" Hu Yang asked.
Perhaps because he was closer to the Light Stone, Reshiram could now speak directly with Hu Yang. "That's right, I'm inside this tower!"
Hearing that, Hu Yang stepped over the collapsed stone pillar ruins before him and entered Dragonspiral Tower through its entrance.
What greeted him was a crumbling ancient ruin, its surrounding walls covered in traces of destruction.
A spiral staircase led upward, broken at intervals. As Hu Yang climbed, the fragile stone steps could barely support his weight, and bits of rubble fell uncontrollably into the depths below.
Hu Yang glanced down, quietly marveling at the remarkable construction techniques of ancient humans.
They reminded him of the magnificent structures from the world of his previous life, like the Roman Colosseum and the pyramids.
Compared to them, Dragonspiral Tower of this world was no less impressive.
Unfortunately, this magnificent tower was covered inside and out with the scars of time, and had now completely become a ruin.
Under such circumstances, it appeared far inferior to structures like the pyramids.
The spiral staircase inside the tower was incomplete, with a break appearing every short distance.
Hu Yang released Gengar, grabbed its head, and had it carry him upward.
Gengar was very obedient. It looked around, seeming to sense the power sleeping within the tower, then raised its head toward the top. "There seems to be something up there..."
"I know."
