The Heroes Fall One by One

I refused to believe that, among the countless possibilities Doctor Strange had seen, The Avengers had never once managed to get the gauntlet off. That was clearly impossible.

So how could Doctor Strange have forgotten Star-Lord sabotaging his teammates, or Nebula's loose tongue?

Even if they really did mess things up this time, couldn't he just rewind time and try again?

Then he could warn Star-Lord and Nebula and make sure they both behaved, couldn't he?

Which meant that, in other timelines, even when they got the gauntlet off...

They still failed.

They still couldn't beat Thanos!

The ending, with half the heroes wiped out, plunged the entire theater into an awkward silence. Then the wailing began.

Was this still Avengers: Infinity War?

More than twenty superheroes had shown up just to get themselves killed. Even the previous villain, Loki, had been knocked out by Thanos in a second.

Did their best tier: Captain America, Black Widow, Bucky, Falcon, War Machine, Wong, Black Panther, Starbucks Lady, Drax, and Aomei.

Useless tier: Loki, Vision, Hulk, Gamora, and Princess Shuri.

Utter garbage tier: Star-Lord and Nebula, the two from the same family.

The heroes launched their attack, but the result...
