Sitting on the King of the Sky's back, Werther felt the sea breeze die around him and couldn't help feeling curious.

The sea was the same, the sky was the same, and even the surroundings, temperature, and climate were unchanged. Yet the moment they entered the Calm Belt, the air stopped moving.

The Calm Belt was a sailing ship's nightmare. If a ship strayed into it, losing the wind was the least of its problems. The worst part was the vicious Sea Kings lurking there.

Two people had accompanied Werther on this trip from Dressrosa.
