Bang!

Werther was talking with Sugar when the door suddenly burst open.

It was Dellinger, the kid with Fighting Fish blood.

"What's got you so worked up? Calm down."

Werther frowned slightly at Dellinger, who was breathing hard.

"Lord Werther, Mr. Tuski is back! He's already reached the harbor."

Werther looked surprised at first, then delight spread across his face.

Crackle!

An arc of electricity leaped across the room, and Werther vanished.

"Honestly. He told Dellinger to calm down, but look how excited he got."

Sugar shook her head and looked toward where Werther had disappeared.

Werther raced through the streets of Dressrosa, leaving only an afterimage behind.

Two minutes later, he reached the pier.

After more than a year, Tuski had finally ended his travels and returned to Dressrosa.

Werther sensed Tuski's presence from far away.

He would never forget it.

He hurried forward and finally saw Tuski.

The sight of the rabbit standing on the pier with a goofy grin made Werther smile too.

Tuski hadn't changed much. His fur had grown a little longer, and he was fatter than before.

"Long time no see. Everything go all right on the way?"

Werther walked up, and Tuski came to meet him.

Their fists bumped. They needed no more than that.

"Al, long time no see."

Tuski wove a line of words with his fur. The parrot that had spoken through the Den Den Mushi was nowhere to be seen.

Anything could happen on the dangerous seas, so Werther didn't ask.

"Have you eaten?"

Tuski grinned and shook his head, then patted his belly, which had grown a little soft.

Werther led Tuski through Dressrosa's bustling streets.

Every "civilian" they passed gave Werther a slight nod.

"Al, these people aren't civilians."

Tuski noticed something was off at once.
