"Grandpa Pengpeng, make us something to eat!" Timney ran to the boat in a few quick steps and called to the old man sleeping aboard.
But the scrawny old man, who had a bottle of wine tucked in his arms, did not react at all.
"Hey, is this drunk old man really a cook?" Sanji asked, eyeing him curiously.
“Hey, old man, get up and cook for me. This is an Absolute opportunity, so you'd better appreciate it.” Anita raised her chin, every inch the haughty princess.
The old man remained fast asleep.
"I'm hungry! Wake up!" Timney shouted again, but he still did not respond.
"Ah, forget him. We have ingredients, so I'll make you something." With that, Sanji got to work in the boat's kitchen.
Werther, Tuski, and the others sat in a row nearby to wait. With so many of them, it was a tight squeeze.
When Anita saw this, she promptly sat on Tuski's lap. Timney could only watch enviously, looking as though she wished she had thought of it first. Then she glanced at Kumbei.
Kumbei shrank back under her gaze. It did not have Tuski's size or sturdy build.
Werther watched Sanji cook in front of him, puzzled. Sanji clearly hated him, so why was he making him food?
"Sanji, you must hate me. Why are you still cooking for me?"
"If someone's hungry, I'll cook for them. Good or evil has nothing to do with it. I'm a cook." Sanji went straight back to work.
Sanji really was nothing like the rest of the Vinsmoke Family.
Before long, Sanji's dish was ready: Italian Pasta.
Werther twirled up some pasta and ate it slowly. It tasted excellent. He supposed he should have expected as much from Sanji.
While Sanji had been cooking, Grandpa Pengpeng
