After three days wandering around Water 7, Werther still hadn't found Tuski or Anita. He had no idea where those two little troublemakers had run off to.

Water 7 was a maze, and Werther's Observation Haki had a pitifully short range. All he could do was let them play wherever they liked.

Work on the ship was going smoothly. Most of its hull had been stripped away, leaving only the keel: a piece of ancient Adam Wood Werther had once seized on the black market. And yes, he had seized it.

Even Iceburg had marveled at the sight of it. He hadn't expected such ancient Adam Wood to still exist. Some great family must have preserved it, only for it to reach the market later for reasons unknown.

But when Iceburg saw the enormous amount of Seastone aboard Werther's ship, he was stunned.

As a shipwright, he knew exactly how precious Seastone was. His master, Tom, had known how to smelt it, and Iceburg had naturally inherited that skill.

The more Iceburg knew about Seastone, the more he understood its value. His first thought was that Werther had robbed the Marines. No other force could have had so much of it.

Iceburg was right. Werther had robbed not only the Marines, but one of the Four Emperors too.

The plans for the new ship were settled. Its original three and a half decks would become four and a half. The training room would be reinforced, while the other rooms would remain unchanged, except that the single bedroom would become four.

Werther had insisted on that last part. Tuski's habit of getting up in the middle of the night drove him mad. From now on, the little rascal could sleep in his own room.
