Ice Control was absurdly powerful, so surely the other skill, Dragon's Might, couldn't be weak either.
But this Dragon's Might skill was a little different from the Dragon's Might Loa knew.
After learning Life Return, Loa had carefully studied the feeling of Dragon's Might radiating from him whenever he leveled up or transformed. He had picked up a few tricks for using it without transforming.
He hadn't gone to all that trouble just to show off. Dragon's Might had a stunning effect that offered enormous advantages in battle.
With Ice Control as an example, Loa had assumed this new skill would either make Dragon's Might easier to control or strengthen its effects.
He was wrong. The skill did enhance something, but its effect was rather unusual.
Dragon's Might: Dragons stand at the top of the food chain, feared by all. They are also guardians of the world, revered by all. As Dragon Force and Dragon Body grow stronger, gain the fear and reverence of all living things.
So it's a freaking reputation skill? Can you believe that?
What happened to good old One Piece? Did I get transported to Azeroth instead?
Still, the skill was useful in battle.

The boost Ice Control gave Maker Magic, the effect Dragon's Might had on enemies, and Loa's current Dragon Force and Dragon Body—all those abilities combined had given him power comparable to an Admiral's!
There was a vast gulf between a Marine Admiral and a Headquarters Sixteenth Vice Admiral.
An increase in raw strength alone could never bridge it.
