The current paralyzed Hook, stopping the Motion of his arm just as he tried to block. In the next instant, Loa's Ice Dragon's Roar swallowed him whole.

The enormous Ice Dragon Tornado slammed into the ground, freezing a vast area in the blink of an eye.
Then, under the influence of Magic Power, it exploded. Countless large shards of ice became sharp blades that stabbed outward in every direction.
But the powerful airflow did not simply blow the shards away. Magic Power kept them spinning clockwise at high speed, forming an overturned bowl that shredded everything inside.

The crisp impacts rang out without pause, so densely packed that they became one continuous sound that made everyone's eardrums ache.
"What incredible defense. Can that thing use Armament Haki too—huh?!" Loa was still marveling at the noise from within when a pitch-black figure appeared beside him.
"Oh, Vice Admiral Momonga. It's you!"
With that, Loa looked away and picked his nose.
"Sorry about that. I didn't notice you were still over there. He must have blocked my view. Yeah, that's what happened."
