Standing at the edge of the island, Katakuri looked past Loa and asked, "Where's that guy? I said I'd settle things with him next time."
"That guy" was Tony. When Loa had last led an assault on Whole Cake Island, Tony had tied Katakuri down. Katakuri's superior overall strength had barely kept him from being cut down on the spot, but once the others were free to join in, he would have ended up like Cracker and the rest: captured and taken to Turtle Island for experiments.
