"Hey, you! Give me back my straw hat!"
Straw Hat Monkey D. Luffy chased after Wuli with all his might, shouting at his back.
Wuli didn't respond. He even picked up speed, which only made Luffy angrier.
Luffy stretched out his rubber arms to grab the fleeing Wuli. He was just about to catch him when Wuli spotted the move and darted aside.
As Luffy kept attacking from a distance, Wuli struggled to dodge. Several blows nearly caught him, but he made it through and finally reached the place where Ain and Zoro were fighting.
Clang!
Ain and Zoro crossed paths again and again, their blades ringing against each other. Sword flashes dazzled the eye, and as Wuli drew near, the force of their strikes hit him like a gale.
"Luffy?" "Wuli?"
Zoro sprang back from another exchange. He caught sight of Luffy and someone wearing a straw hat, and surprise flashed across his face. Ain looked just as startled.
"That jerk stole my straw hat!"
Zoro's gaze fell on the familiar hat atop Wuli's head, and he understood at once.
Wuli looked at Ain. "Ain, you don't need to fight him anymore."
Before Ain could answer, a red glint flashed in Zoro's eyes. "That's not your call."
Power surged from Ain as she faced Zoro, ready to fight. Zoro raised his swords, his fighting spirit flaring. The two stood locked in a standoff, poised to clash again at any moment.
"Gear Second!"
Luffy's voice was low as he entered Gear Second. His body turned red, steam rising from him as he fixed his eyes on Wuli.
He attacked without hesitation. His fist shot toward Wuli's face with tremendous force, while Zoro and Ain prepared to strike as well.
"Wait!"
Wuli's sudden shout made them all freeze. Luffy's fist stopped
