Robin had come from the West Blue through the Grand Line, hoping to enter the East Blue. But Loguetown's defenses had tightened sharply. More Marine officers had arrived, and worse, Vice Admiral Momonga himself was in command. Unable to get through, she had no choice but to turn back toward the Grand Line.
