Cobra felt deeply uneasy. He felt guilty toward Ye Chen and feared Akainu might come after him. Vivi kept complaining too, and when Ye Chen suddenly left, she burst into tears.

Sitting on Bell's back, Ye Chen frowned and muttered, "Why would Akainu show up here out of nowhere?"

Robin gently smoothed back the hair the wind had blown across her face. "Maybe he's here for me," she said with a smile.

"What?"

Bell was so startled that he lurched, nearly throwing Ye Chen and Robin off his back.

Bell worried that Akainu might suspect Cobra. Robin seemed relaxed, but she knew Akainu had very likely come to arrest her.

If he had, she would be in serious trouble. As her thoughts raced, a strong hand took her right hand. "It's all right. Don't worry. As long as I'm here, no one will separate us."

Ye Chen's smile was warm and natural, his eyes full of concern. He was not yet strong enough to stand against the entire world, but in that moment, Robin believed that even if Akainu had come for her, Ye Chen would never let him take her away.

They were still some distance from the Harbor where the Death God was moored, but Ye Chen suddenly called for Bell to stop.

"Let me take you to the ship," Bell offered with a smile.
