Within the Spirit World, entirely veiled by the Shadow Crescent Moon, a round golden-red outline unexpectedly appeared.
Like a total solar eclipse, its very center was plunged into utter blackness.
Clearly, this should have been the Holy Sun that had just been in Three-Tail's mouth.
Stimulated by this thread of energy, the entire Spirit World seemed to come alive as well.
If the Shadow Crescent Moon was pure gloom, then this Holy Sun brimmed with vigorous life.
For that instant, it had felt as though he had tasted a sip of Soul Plasma—indescribably refreshing.
The Spirit World had now changed somewhat. Although the gray crescent moon still completely shrouded this world, the round sun vaguely seemed poised to claim a share of the grayish Spirit World.
"What exactly is the Spirit World?"
Li Ziran was filled with questions. At first, he had thought the spirit should have no color, but Shadow Elder's gray and the fishman girl's gold both told him that this mysterious domain seemed to possess attributes of its own.

A faint tremor interrupted Li Ziran's thoughts. Far away, the operating table buzzed and shook, sending out ring after ring of light. Butterfly Girl on the table and the Elves beside her were all enveloped in teleportation light, as though this ray intended to teleport everything in the room away.
"Damn it!"
Li Ziran silently cursed. Without Three-Tail's control, the entire room seemed to have triggered some sort of protective mechanism.
These Demons had truly planned everything down to the last detail. He could not be teleported away—who knew what fate might await him then? With one leap, he rushed
