Hane dismantled the old Konoha leadership, became Fifth Hokage, and began reshaping the village while countering Nagato’s attack. He then intervened in the Hyuga Caged Bird Seal system, as Obito joined Nagato’s plans against Konoha.

• Uchiha Retsuyō and Uchiha Wada killed Uchiha Setsuna and the rebels, then fought Obito, whose assault was interrupted by Retsuyō’s Time Emperor ability and Wada’s genjutsu.
• Hane persuaded Shisui to use Kotoamatsukami on the daimyo, then ordered An Yi to capture Danzo and gathered Konoha’s clan heads to impeach Hiruzen Sarutobi.
• Retsuyō arrested Sarutobi, the Military Police Force suppressed the Shimura clan, and Hane took control as clan leaders backed his succession.
• Hane became Fifth Hokage with the daimyo’s support, then repelled Nagato’s attack on Konoha and forced Deva Path Pain to retreat.
• Hane introduced civil service departments, compulsory education, military reforms, and village expansion plans, while Tsunade left Jiraiya in custody and decided to leave Konoha.
• Hane reached the Dao-Integration Stage, then agreed to protect Neji from the Caged Bird Seal and removed the seal from Hizashi, awakening new Byakugan abilities.

Hane brought the Land of Rain under Konoha’s control, declared himself king of the Land of Fire, and faced a coalition attack during his coronation. After the fighting, he abolished the daimyo system and continued toward unifying the Ninja World as the Chunin Exams began and Hashirama and Tobirama confronted him.

• Hane defeated Nagato in Amegakure, protected its civilians, and brought Konan and the Land of Rain under his authority.
• Five years later, Hane won support to replace the Land of Fire’s daimyo, invited foreign villages to Konoha, and prepared to become king.
• Jiraiya returned to Konoha, reconciled with Naruto, and agreed to teach him, while Tsunade came to accept Hane’s vision of unification.
• Hane was crowned king as foreign leaders watched Konoha display its military strength, then demanded that the other villages submit.
• The Mist, Akatsuki, and allied Kage attacked, but Konoha’s forces repelled them, and Hane restored the injured shinobi while the attackers retreated.
• Hane abolished the daimyo title and made Konoha the Land of Fire’s royal capital, while Hamura set out to oppose him.
• Naruto, Sasuke, and Hinata entered the Chunin Tournament’s first trial and were dragged underwater by a lake monster.
• Hashirama and Tobirama confronted Hane about his plans, and Hashirama asked him to apologize to Madara if Hane’s approach to unification proved right.

Hane defeated the forces opposing him, unified the Ninja World under his Empire, and reshaped its spiritual order. After learning his world was a branch of the Main World, he prepared to send Uchiha Retsuyō and the Twelve Golden Guards into a dangerous conflict there.

• Hane defeated the Otsutsuki on the moon, replaced the destroyed moon, and later brought Kirigakure under the Empire through Mei Terumi and Genji.
• Hane killed Obito, revived Kaguya-hime from the Ten-Tails, and persuaded Nagato and Akatsuki to serve the Empire.
• Akatsuki’s attacks weakened the Allied Shinobi Forces, while Nagato and Orochimaru assembled a vast Impure World Reincarnation army and Madara returned to life.
• The villages submitted to the Empire, but Madara led the reanimated army against Imperial forces before Hane and Kaguya stopped his plan and ended the war.
• Hane established the Empire as the Ninja World’s sole nation, and Mikoto gave birth to a daughter as Hane’s family gathered around the newborn.
• Hane confronted the sages over the God Tree, punished Hamura, and instructed Hagoromo to establish reincarnation and govern the Underworld.
• The system revealed that Hane’s world was a branch of the Main World and that the Dragon Vein could open a path there, but Hane could send only one hundred loyal people and could not act personally.
• Hane asked Uchiha Retsuyō and the Twelve Golden Guards to risk their relatives in the coming struggle, and they pledged to follow his orders.

Hane’s forces replaced the Main World’s Uchiha and conquered Konoha, then began expanding across the Ninja World as Hane prepared for the conflict with the other world. Adult Sasuke and Boruto arrived from another timeline, and Hane learned more about the powerful forces behind the Otsutsuki.

• Hane led the Twelve Golden Guards and his family through the Dragon Vein to the Main World, where they replaced their counterparts and seized the Uchiha clan’s future.
• The Uchiha defeated the Main World’s Itachi and Obito, and Hane’s forces destroyed Konoha while Naruto and the Nine-Tails helped devastate the village.
• Hane united the Empire’s forces around their fight for survival, then sent them to conquer the Land of Water and attack Kirigakure.
• Hane ordered Black Zetsu to feed Akatsuki false information, while an aged Naruto accepted a mysterious turtle’s offer to return to his youth and kill his younger self.
• Sarutobi and Kakashi sought allies after Konoha’s destruction as the Empire occupied the Land of Water, and Adult Sasuke and Boruto traveled toward Konoha to investigate the changed timeline.
• Uchiha Shangshu brought Sasuke and Boruto to Hane, who revealed Adult Sasuke’s identity to Young Sasuke and welcomed his future self into the family.
• Kaguya-hime told Hane that the Otsutsuki served a stronger power and that Ōtsutsuki Isshiki knew the way back to their home.
