Friends Until the End

"You finally came back!"

Blue opened the door and, seeing Heiduo, beamed as she ushered him inside before closing it behind him. "You have no idea how popular your photos and dolls have become!"

Heiduo paused slightly. "How popular?"

"This popular!" Blue abruptly pulled out a stack of cash and placed it in front of Heiduo.

They were all large bills, one hundred to a stack, six stacks in total.

Blue crossed her arms proudly. "And this is only yesterday's income! I haven't even counted the previous days yet! Once you make it into the top eight, I'm sure we can sell even more, and at higher prices!"

Silver was equally proud, though he was busy packaging the dolls and had no free hands to greet Heiduo.

Heiduo glanced at the dolls they had made and noticed there were no Charizard dolls or badges. "Weren't you selling the whole set? Charizard's missing."

"We were worried you might want to keep it hidden." Blue put the money away. "Making money is making money."

Heiduo curled his lips. "I'm so touched."

"That was so perfunctory." Blue rolled her eyes at him.

After seeing Blue and Silver and confirming that they were safe, Heiduo finally relaxed. He had been worried those people might drag them into this.

Blue and Silver had suffered enough already.

Of course, Heiduo did not know that those people had actually considered targeting Blue and the others. But after learning that Blue was from Pallet Town, was close to Professor Oak, and had participated in Team Rocket's destruction, they gave up on that unwise plan.

If they failed to get things done and caused new trouble besides, they had no idea what the people above them would do, but they themselves would definitely have to commit seppuku in apology.
