Another year, and the warm winds blew again.
By the count, Heiduo had spent nearly half a year in Orre.
The changes he had undergone over those six months could not be explained in just a few words.
Yet no matter how great those changes were, none compared to gaining Lugia.
Having successfully restored all of its emotions through the Purification Chamber and regained its Psychic Power, Lugia was terrifyingly powerful. Its strength was nothing like that tool bird Pryce had captured in Pokémon Adventures, using it solely to pluck Silver Wings and manufacture the GS Ball.
Though it was a little regrettable that the cool black patches and Dark Moves that dealt double damage to everyone had vanished, leaving it no different from an ordinary Lugia, Heiduo was satisfied with everything else.

Scizor slept four hours a day normally and seven hours in summer, and so on.
Those were all normal.
Lugia was not.
This fellow slept fourteen hours a day, sometimes even more.
At first, Heiduo thought Lugia's massive body caused greater expenditure, and that it slept for long periods to reduce food consumption.
He had been touched at the time and told Lugia there was no need to do
