Background

Qian Renxue was sent by Spirit Hall to infiltrate the Heaven Dou Empire under the male identity of Crown Prince Xue Qinghe. Her disguise was a survival measure, maintained through a soul bone that transformed her Six-Winged Angel martial soul into a Long-Necked Swan and concealed her true cultivation. 38 125

While posing as Xue Qinghe, she formed a mutually beneficial alliance with Chu Zhao. She supported the Moonlight Merchant Guild, promised Chu Zhao Fasinuo Province's main city for winning the Elite Tournament, and sought poison capable of killing Emperor Xue Ye without detection. 39

After fifteen years of planning, Qian Renxue launched the Heaven Dou Palace Coup. She revealed her rebellion when Xue Ye demanded a display of the crown prince's ability, surrounded the palace with her forces, survived interference from Star Luo, and seized the throne under the name Xue Qinghe. She killed Xue Beng afterward, but was later forced out of the palace by the Eight Treasure Glazed Tile School and Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan. 125 127 130

Qian Renxue is ambitious, proud, and intensely independent. Though Spirit Hall ordered her infiltration of Heaven Dou, she intended to make the empire her own rather than allow Spirit Hall to share its fruits.
