Background / History

Di Tian lived in the Divine Realm as a junior member of the Dragon Clan. When disaster befell the Dragon God, the clan’s elders sent him to the lower realm. He remembers the Ice and Fire Dragon Kings affectionately as “Uncle Ice” and “Uncle Fire,” and the energy surrounding their remains recalls his childhood among the clan’s elders 8 9.

On Douluo Continent, he became the leader of the Golden-Eyed Black Dragon Clan and held the title of Beast God. Under the Silver Dragon King’s orders, he and Star Dou Forest’s strongest Ferocious Beasts remained hidden beneath Star Lake, waiting for an opportunity to act against humanity. He resented their enforced inactivity as human soul masters continued hunting soul beasts, but his loyalty prevented him from openly abandoning her 1 2 3.

Chu Yuan wins his allegiance by confronting his failure to protect the forest and offering him a chance to correct it 1 3.

His devotion to Chu Yuan is intense and often self-effacing. He initially panics when entrusted with Star Dou Forest, fearing that his lord is abandoning him, but accepts the responsibility after receiving encouragement. Later, even reaching 910,000 years leaves him deeply ashamed when Chu Yuan questions his progress 13 14.
