Black Mask finally turned his attention to Kara.

Kara's cute appearance stirred a violent impulse within him.

"I hate dolls most of all. I'm going to tear that face of yours to pieces."

He walked toward Kara.

"Don't come any closer!"

Kara was torn and immediately spoke up.

Godfather had told her to hide her abilities and not let anyone discover them.

But if she didn't use her abilities now, wouldn't things go terribly wrong?

The problem was that there were so many people here. If she used her abilities, it might have an even greater impact.

Unless everyone kept it secret and said nothing.

But how could that be possible?

Black Mask had no idea about any of this. In his eyes, this blonde doll had no ability to resist at all.

Batman immediately turned the Batmobile around and drove toward the Upper Eastside.

In one part of the Upper Eastside, a crimson beam shot into the sky, piercing Gotham's clouds and darkness. The entire city suddenly seemed as bright as day.

Alfred was covered in cold sweat.
