Kaido Captured

Newgate's guess was not without reason. Kaido was famously hot-tempered, someone who acted without considering the consequences. He might very well not even consider whether Hachinosu had a trap and simply charge in alone.

"Probably not, right?"

"Could he really be that brainless?"

After hearing Newgate's guess, Linlin spoke uncertainly.

Although Kaido always looked rather dim-witted, he could not be so stupid that he would fail to see through such an obvious trap... right?

The more Linlin thought about the things Kaido had done in the past, the less certain she became.

"That horned brat always liked following Oak around. All the bad ideas came from Oak; he's just a brainless fool. I'd say he's either fallen into the Marines' hands by now or been executed by that damned Ochoku!"

John had always looked down on Kaido, the apprentice, so he snorted and made his guess.

And at that moment, Kaido was exactly as he had imagined.

In the waters southwest of Hachinosu, several warships lay concealed behind a stretch of reefs. On one of them, a Dog Head Warship, Kaido had been tightly bound with Seastone and tossed onto the deck. Beside him stood Admiral Sengoku, Admiral Zephyr, and a Vice Admiral even fiercer than an Admiral—the Marine Hero, Garp.

After learning that Ochoku had openly appeared on Hachinosu, Kaido had charged over in a rage without hesitation. Then he had plunged headfirst into the trap laid by the Marines, and that was how he ended up like this...

Facing the Marines' three top fighters, he had no room to fight back. He had been tied up before he could even cause much of a disturbance.

None of the three top Marine fighters on deck paid any attention to the brute, letting him struggle on his own. Sengoku held
